The Government has issued the following communique, announcing the dissolution of the Diet view of the fact that the three political parties in the} Lower House recently repeatedly declared their determination for the overthrow of the Cabinet coupled with the fact that the condition in the chamber of the Lower House to-day clearly indicated that they attempted to rede national affairs, the Gov. ernment petitioned the throne to dissolve the Diet, considering that WP's of the suid three parties iad_no idea of discussing national affairs with sincerity and that this sort of Parliament was by no means compatible with the reali intention of the nation in general,—Enstern News Agency.
