Deax Stz,—On behalf of the Committee I will thank you kindly to bring to public notice that the Committee have considered the time come for closing the collection and that the Committes consequently been dissolved as from this date.
Of the total subscriptions (less $16.55 for printing expenses) amounting to Tis. alf has boo for the Relief of those Serv-Army and Navy" of Japan—other half has been placed at the disposal of H. M. the Empress Dowager of Rassia for similar purpose.
The accounts have been audited and their correctness attested by Messrs. J. Chapsal and J. Jameson.
