The Report of the Imperial

Commissioner, upon the Railway, is out. Hoe decides that as long as the principal shareholder (who is a Chines born, but a Japanese subject) does not intrude his ideas so as to imperil the management of the line by Chinese, he need not be interfered with, But if it is at any time discovered that he is working to put the line into foreign hands ho will be dealt with by the authorities.
