The Emperor will receive the foreign representatives who are attending the funeral of the late Emperor of Japan on September 11 and September 12 They will be allowed to visit the State Chamber where the remains of the late Emperor lie.
In spite of to-morrow being the birthday of the Emperor he will not receive greetings and an Imperial Household ordinance orders that the Government offices. be not closed.
