Peking, Sept. 25.
The Russian Legation communicates to Reyter's Agency the following official telegram from Petrograd, dated September 26:
On the south-western front we have captured a fortified position between Chyshki and Fylstein, coyering Hiroff, and also _fortifioa tions in the region of with the whole of the artillery. The garrison of Przemys! has withdrawn from Medyk and has been repulsed in the eastern section to the line of forts.
No engagements have occurred on the German front.
London, Sept. 24. The Russians continue to advanor on Cracow.
