The following letter has been received by M. Kahn, Consul-General for France, from the French Legation at Peking Peking, Sept. 21.
In its issue of September 10 the newspaper "Zag" of Berlin reproduced @ photograph of packages of cartridges with so-called "dumdum" bullets, which have been found at Longwy.
