Turkey Controlled by Germany

Harbin, Sept. 26.

The Petrograd Telegraphic Agency publishes a telegram from Odessa saying that it is officially announced that, in order to avoid misunderstanding of the Turkish situation, it is necessary to explain that Turkey is entirely under Germany's influence and pressure and therefore may undertake hostilities against Russia, as indicated by her war preparations.

The possibility exists of the appearance of the Turkish fleet in the Black Sea with the object of landing troops in Russian territory, even near Odessa.

The population should not_bs alarmed as the Russian Black Sea Fleet is superior to the Turkish fleet. The Russian fleet. is ready, watching events, and it is impossible for Turkey to land troops without supremacy on the sea.

Any attempt will certainly be unsuccessful.
