Miss G, Gale, of Soochow Road, was charged with recklessly driving a horse attached to a dog-cart, in Bubbling Well Road on January 25.
Inspector MacGregor appeared for the police. Mr. F. Ellis defended, Inspector MacGregor asked for an adjournment on account of the illness of complainant.
The case was adjourned until Saturday, February 8.
