Ga-—The Company may cause to be kept in any place in which it transacts business 0 or registers of members and the Directors may from time to time make such provisions as they may think fit respecting the keeping of such register.
6 6.—The Directors may comply with the requirements of the Companies' (Local Registers) Ordinance (Hong-Kong) 1907 or with the requirements of any other local law which in their opinion it, in the interests of the Company, shall be necessary or expedient to comply with—Proposed by Mr. Clements, seconded by the Chairman.
3.—That Article 62 be amended by "April" being substituted for "March" in the sentence:—" A General Meeting shall be held not later than the end of the month of March in every year."—Proposed by Mr. McLeod, seconded by Mr. Linderman, 4.—That in Article 151 the sentence:—" (nce in every year on and up tw the 31st day of March the Accounts of the Company shall be balanced"—be amended to read "Once in every year on and up to the 28th day of February the Accounts of the Company shall be balanced." Proposed by Mr. Weir, seconded by Mr. Frost.
A Confirmatory meeting will held in dae course, would take immediate steps to put it into effect. He hoped that in a short time the Tls. 5 per share would be returned to the shareholders.
