By Royal Cor ion dated August 31, 1901 plaintiff was appointed Registrar of this honourable Court and has held success sively under appointment of His Majesty's Minister the posts of Acting Assistant Judge and Acting Chief Justice of this honourable Court and ander appointment of his Honour the Commissioner of Weibainei, the post of Acting Judge of the High Court of Weihaiwei.
