Shih Hed, La Ch'oan-lin, Na Tong and Tai Hang-t (1) Decree appointing Taai Kang to perform the ceremonies at the sacrifices to be fered op inthe Imperial Ancestral Temple on Febraary 8.
(2) Decree appointing Jung Tan to supervise the officials and guards on daty in the Imperial Parks.

Janoary 11.
(1) Decree commanding the Prince Regent to perform the ceremonies on January 20, in connexion with the ensbrioing of Emperor Teh Tsang's Tablet in the Ancestral Hall, ince Regent _has_persooally received the Long Ya Empress Dowager's Edict, commanding that the Emperor need not perform obeisance before her Majesty, on the next New Year's day, and that all banquets shall be suspended. It is also ordered that all Princesses and Ladies of Rank need not enter the Palaces to perform (3) Decree in response to a mervorial from the Ministry of Rites announcing that the Emperor will not ascend the Throne Hall to receive congratulatory Obeitances on the next Now Year's day.
