Thr Walls of Jericho

Another fall house greeted the rise of the curtain on The Walls of Jericho," hich was presented by the Bandmann Ca. on Monday night with the advantage of home popularity and reminiscences of a successful performance on a previous visit. The play is forcibly written and the character portrayal is good. Mr. Charles Vane had a part thet snited him admirably, and be was able to give a telling representation of Jack Frobisher, the masterful miner whose sense of honour and manliness could not tolerate the foibles and viciousness of the set into which he was planged.
