London vid Bombay, Feb. 1.
It is stated that, when Parliament assembles, after the Address in Reply has been disposed of and before the reintroduction of the Budget, a motion will ed reaffirming the privi House of Commons in reference to money bills and declaring that there is necessity for a change in the relations of tae two Houses.
Tt is hoped that this will satis fy those Liberals who are demanaing that the Lords' power of veto be dealt with before the Budget is passed by the Commons.
It is expected that the Cabinet will be largely re-modelled. The following changes are mentioned as probable: Mr. Birrell, formerly Chief Secretary for Ireland to succeed Mr. Herbert Gladstone as Home Secretary; Mr. Winston Churchill, President of the Board of Trade to sticceed Mr. Birrell 235
Mr. Burns, President of the Local Government Board to succeed Mr. Churchill; Mr. Herbert Samuel, Chancellor of the Dachy of Lancaster to succeed Mr. Burns, while Mr. C. E. H. Hobhouse, formerly Financial Secretary' to the Treasury, will probably enter the Cabinet.—Reuter.
