Resumption of Payment on Altered Agreement New York, Nov. 18, ternal debt of $500,000,000 in Jan uary, 1928, has been approved by the "British, French, Dutch and Swiss sections of the international committee of bankers.
Note: On November 12 it was stated from New York thut an agreement between Mexico and on international committee of bank for the resumption on Januar; 1926, of the payment of external debt had been ratified by the President and the Cabinct.~-
