Increases in Price of Tobacco and Communication Tariffs Paris, Mar. 23.
The Council of Ministers has approved the fiscal plan of M, Raoul Peret, Finance Minister, creating new resources by the establishment of a poll-tax, the increase of the turnover, tax from 1.30 per cent. to 2 per cent., and the increase of the ice of tobacco and the telegraph, telephone and postage tari.
