Reports from St. Petersburg state that Great Britain has made serious representations to Russia in regard to 8 proposed twelve mile limit for fisheries in the White Sea Kotoku Denjiro, a woman named nagano 0, and twenty-two others have been sentenced to death for attempting to endanger the Imperial Court.
Two others were sentenced to eleven and eight years with hard labour respectively for being concerned in the manufacture of explosives.
