Telegrams received from Canton since yesterday say that it was the Yunnanese who occupied Waichow. After taking Sheklung Gen. Chen -Chiung-ming rapidly pushed on towards Canton, while Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Kuangtung forces fell back on the city and took up a position on the hills to the north near Canton with their eastern flank touching the city.
