Mesars. Libert & Ca., Ld., tocal secretaries of the Gula Salumpong Rubber Estates, Ld., have received the followittg copy of the resolution adopted at the Board Meeting held in London on September 12:—
That a call of five shillings per share be made upon the members of the company, in respect of the amount unpaid on their shares, and that the same be payable on or before January 15, 1924 at the registered office of the company or at the Hongkong & Shang. hai Banking Corporation, 9 Gracechurch Street, London, x.c, 3, and that all calls unpaid on that day shall bear interest at the rate of 10 per centum per annum from the day when the same shall become payable until pay. ment.
Holders of 5/- paid shares who have not received cal] letuérs which were issued on October 15 should apply for same to Messrs. Libert Ca., Ld., local secretaries.
