Peking, Feb. 29. telegram from Chungking jeans that the Chinese papers report that General Tang Chi-yw, General Tang Chi-yao's brother, who ruled Kueichow, has been assassinated in Szechuan.
The papers hint, that the assassination was the work of General Liu Shen-shi's agent, but 30 on to explain that General fang. wonted to send reinforce ments to assist General Hsiong Kehwu, to which the Kueichow (Geneve! Tang. Chicyu_ shot and leaders" objected, Therew
