After a week of sun hot weather rain and fog hold sway again. I do not remember such weather for: many a sear. After the long winter with its heavy snow, the continual rain and fog of spring and summer are very trying, especially for those people who have hired expensive houses outside Vladivostok in order to enjoy the conatry air. The only redeeming feature is the wild flowers, especially the orchids, of which "an enthi collector can find many rare specime that he would have to pay dearly for in Europe.
