1—Chinese Troops, Soldiers or Police of Whatsoever_ Description are wot permitted to Enter or Remain in the Settlement or on Roads belonging to the Settlement, 2—=No Person unless a Consular or a Member of the Naval or Military' Forces landing in aid of the Civil Power or unless duly authorized by the Council for the Foreign Settlement shall under any pretence whatsoever appear in the Streets or in any Public.
