The marvellous progress made by aeroplanes during the war continues unabated. The Paris Aero Exhibition has just been concluded, and the Society of British Aircraft Constructors will hold the firet post-war International Aero Exhibition at Olympia, Kensington, in July. Thus the public of the West of Europe has the opportunity of seeing examples of aircraft which can be produced by the leaders. of European industry. There is no reason to doubt that in the fulness of time, the American aviation industry will deem it worth while to be represented at these shows.
It should be remembered that constructors have had little more than a year in which to put into effect their ideas of carrying goods, mails. and/or passengers, or for sporting purposes.
