Mr. G. D, Musso and W. S. Fleming, counsel for the defendant, presented petition to amend the record of this case in the Consular Court on the ground that it was incomplete.
Mr. A. Bassett, District Attorney, opposed the granting of the petition
not create a record, or restore a record the ground that the Court could which did not exist. He also argoed that the Court had no jurisdiction in this matter.
After some argument the matter was adjourned until next day so as to enable counsel to file an amended petition.
