The Conservatives have made other attempt to reverse the Singapore decision, Mr. L. S. Amery (Conservative) in the House of Commons terday, moving a redue~ tion of the naval vote as a protest against the naval programme of the Government, urged a compre~ hensive scheme of replacement reversal of the decision ax regards Singapore.
