The Liberal leader, Dr. Sacasa, accompanied by the entire Cabinet, eft Puerto Cabezas to-day on board steamer. It is believed that their Gestination is Guatemala hough the immediate cause of thei departure is not known, it follows closely-upon the peace proclamation proposing a general amnesty and Presidential election supervised by U.S. officers pending which both actions were to be represented in President Diaz's Cabinet. Dr. Bacasa did not accept these proposals. Tt is understood that he will resume his medical practice possibly return next year to pate in the Presidential eam-—Reater.
