No date has been fixed for the withdrawal of the British Air Forces in China. It is hoped that they will be withdrawn as soon as possible.
The final decision is left to the authorities on the Political Council and the decision is foreign affairs, whenever or wherever any diplomatic question arises with the foreign nationals, the military, civil and financial authoritfes then and there in contro! must first refer such a case to their respective diplomatic authorities for advice and opinion, before they are permitted to act on the case in question—Kuo Min.
