Madrid, Sept. 13.
On the occasion of the fourth) anniversary of the Dictators! King Alfonso at San Sebastian day signed a decree convoking 2 National Assembly on October 10, General Prime de Rivera, the Premier, has returned to the Capital to make the necessary arrangements for the new Assembly,' whose life has been fixed for three years, which' is the period of time the Government thinks necessary to bring the political situation to normal.
The Bureau of the Assembly wi consist of a President, four Presidents an three Secretaries, which the Gvernment will appoint] the President, two Vice-Presidents and two Secretaries, the others being elected by the Assembly.
