Following is a copy of a notice which has been issued by General Wang.—"To my great astonishment, 1 learned from the order of Tuchun Li Shun published in the '"North-China Daily News" and "China Press" of the with instant that I have been in close connexion with certain bandit chieftains in order to plan assinations and to disturb the public order of this province, ete. As the said allegations hra absolutely without foundation and since I came here merely on a peaceful duty, I beg to request the public not to be misled and terrerised by the sensational nature of the reports.
