Warsaw, Sept. 20.

That a storm is brewing between the Government and Parliament was: reflected to-day in an uproarious sitting of an extraordinary session, of the Diet, which passed a resolution for a relaxation of the restrictions placed on the press and lodged an interpellation regarding General Zagorski, the popular leader of the Opposition, who mysteriously disappeared on his release from prison six weeks ago. Other interpellations were mooted, including one express-{ng Lack of confidence in the Cabinet.
