Ezra and Mr, G, Dadunashvi made a complaint that Yih Ching~ woo, the first accused now before us, C, K. Yap and Zune Tsz-moo, did dispose of certain stolen opium obtained ty unlawful means, the property of complainants, contrary to article 807 of the Chinese Provisional Criminal Code, which deal with receiving and isposing: of stolen property. An application for warrant of arrest was made in Chambers before the Spanish Assesser and Magistrate Sung, it being alleged that N. E. B. Ear one of the complinurts, was a} Spanish protege.
