The proprietors of the "Daily Telegraph," of whom Viscount 1am is the principal, have decid-impose of the paper and ite wry interests to Sir William Ewart Berry, Bt., Mr. James Gomer Berry and Sir Edward Iliffe, who fare Acquiring it for joint personal ownership.
