Pale Singh and Jagat Singh we ged that they did on October 28, at 6 p.m, feloniously and violently assault Basont Kor, They were further cbarged with committing an indecent assault.

Bridence of arrest wan given, and the accused were remanded until next day. Nov, 1.
Mr. J.C. E. Dooglas appeared for the prosecution, and Mr. M. Hughes defended.
