While the questions concerning: the organization and functions of the Ministry of Interior are atill under consideration by the Government Council, it is understood in official circles here that the Ministry of Interior will exercise excl jurisdiction over the following inter. nal affairs of the Nationalist Gov-jemment: Internal Administrative Policy, Police, Election, Land, fof the Population, Questions Citizenship, Religion, Public Health, and National Relief.
It is also believed that the M try will be responsible for the di ion and supervision of all prot cial and other local authorities in the execution of all eases in connection with the above-mentioned internal affairs—Kuo Min News Agency.
