In closing, cordial tes of thanks were passed to last si son's officials, and especially to the retiring presient, Col. Trueman, for his keen Personal interest inthe welfare of the Club; also to Mr. Bain for the use of the meeting room, Tt_was agreed to open the si en Saturday, the 16th instant, arrangements were left to the coming committee.
