The annual general meeting of the Lawn Bowls Association was held at the Marine Engineers' Institute on Friday last, when. the report and accounts for the year were passed.
The following were elected: President, Mr, Frank Jones; Vice-President, Mr. O. Crewe Read; Hon. Sec. and Treas., Mr. Guy Manwaring.
A letter of invitation,. received from the Yokohama Athletic Club, to send a team to Japan, was read, It is hoped during the current year to send an interport team to Hongkong and Hankow.
