(2) The Cabinet memorializes Us with respect to the payment of interest on money loaned to soldiers from the Treasury, and requests " postponement Asan Imperial favour, payment of the interest on money from the Treasury for the 12th moon of this year and the first moon of the next year which should be deducted from the pay is hereby postponed for two moons.
