Only Russia Deserving Name of Equal Partner: Refusal to Ca-operate with Tuan Canton, May 26.
Following the plenary session of the Central Executive Committee of the Kuomintang to hear the report of Mr. Wong Shing-wei, the Committee' issued a declaration saying that it is "impossible to ce-operate with Marshal Tuan Chi-jui, but we must continue the national revolutionary struggle for the, calling of a National Assembly and abrogation of unequal treaties, As to the nations which treat us' on a footing of equality, only Soviet Russia deserves the name of an equal partner. The Kuomintang should, therefore, continue hand-in-hand with the Soviet Republics in the struggle against Imperialism.—Reu-
