Mr, Frank B. Kellogg, the United States Secretary of State, has received an invitation from M. Briand, the French Foreign Minister, to visit: Paris to sign the Pact' outlawing war on August 27 or 28.
Mr. Kellogg will attend provided the other Powers are represented by their foreign ministers.

The Secretary of State, the Hon. Frank B. Kellogg, is sailing for Paris on board the liner Tle de France on August 18 to take part in the signature of the multilateral treaty for the renunciation of war.—Reuters.
