The Ministry of Foreign Affairs jesued to-day the text of a treaty concluded between Belgium and China on November 22, 1928, In thin treaty, besides recognizing the right of tariff autonomy, the Belgian Government also agrees to the Felinquishment of consular jurisdiction over Belgian subjects in China.
