The following regulations west agreed upon:—The object of the Association will be to do its utmost to boycott "enemy" goods and to suspend orders with these countries so as to carry out the duties of true citizens.
Members of the Association swear that they will never buy "enemy" goods and will persuade others to refrain also from purchasing then headquarters of the Association shall be established in Shanghai, but branches shall be formed in various parts of the county in order that the Association's activities may be rendered nation wide.
