The Koksai Agency is in positi to state, on the highest authority, that the information origi from Peking and elsewhere purporting to outline the basis of the negotiations between Japan and China is absolutely foundationless and unauthorized.
While admitting that conversations and negotiations are proceeding between Tokio and Peking, the same authority asserts that the negotiations do not affect or injure 425 the territorial integrity of China and do not affect or injure the properties and interests of other Powers.—Reuter.
