New York Central lost 14 points and Lehigh dropped fractionally, as did Northern Pacific. Pennsylvani gained % to close at 893. Rock I land was up 4 at the close.
Utilities met with profit-taking basis of yesterday's prices and this prevented further gain, Money became easier after two days of 15 per cent. Calls were renewed at 12, then reached 8 and banks lending Time money was at 74.
