Tchang, July 29.
The rumour, which has been current for about'a week, of impending trouble amongst the troops has thiy time proved correct. Last night about 200 men of the 18th Division severed about to break out looting. The Military Authorities seemingly had information and were on the alert- They dealt promptly in the matter, and three of the soldiers were beheaded, and their heads are on view to-day at different parts of the city.
