A struggle for the possession of Amoy is expected.daily. The Generalissimo, Gen. Wang Yungchuan, has two cruisers and two gunboats and 7,000 men based at Quemoy. Against him Gen. Chuang Tsz-ping has from 2,000 to 3,000 troops.
