Ocr interview with Mr. Hsu Yuan, the Chinese Envoy for Foreign Affairs, and Reuter's telegram should once for all dis-ate the wild rumours of trouble in Peking which have been so industriously, we fear it has to be added, so deliberately, propagated during the past two days. To thos rumours the "North-China Daily News"' has necessarily alluded, as an item of news; but, as our readers will bear us out, without enlarging upon encouraging the least credence in them.
