Another View of Soviet Russia

To the Editor of the "NortH-Cimxa Daty News"

Sij—In view of Mr. Volkoft's statements in the letter he address sed to you regarding the Soviet rule, I suggest that he should read two books which have recently been published. These books were published at' the sonic time that the Soviet Government was celebrating its eighth anniversary, and are probably the two most damning books fon the blood guiltiness of that Government. These books are "The Teheka," by George Popoff, and "The Red Terror in Russia," by' Sergey Melgunov.

Tam, Sir, Barrow.
