It is mow understood that the Maharajah of Patiala has with-Jdrawn his alternative to the India Federation scheme and he will keep Jun open mind regarding the origin Jai scheme but later will submit modified, proposals.
'The Maharajah recently said the Federation scheme evolved at the Round-Table Conference in' London was fraught with gravest danger to the Indian states and he prophesied they would disappear from the map of India.
Later he modified this opinion legreeing, at a meeting of Tndian Princes, to the formation Federal House—Reuter.
