Yarn is higher by Tis, 1-2 per bale while Cotton has advanced over Tls. 1 per picul, this last being out of all proportion to the advance in Yarn, "American prices are up nearly 50 points on Government me sect reports, Clearances from Mills, have been fair but were interrupted by the holidays.
