Plaintiffs Entitled to their Property

I therefore give judgment for the plaintiff and make an order for! the delivery of the goods, namely. 76 cases of lager beer forthwith. I make no order as regards the value of the goods in lieu of non-delivery of the goods, as the defendants, have stated that they are prepared to deliver the goods on the order of the Court. And as Mr. Reader}

Harris states he does not ask for costs I make no order as to costs.
