Resolution No, 1:—That the report, balance sheet, general inventory of assets and' profit and loss account for the 11th financial term ended April 30, 1928, be adopted? and passed. This is proposed by myself and seconded by Mr, W. J.
Dyer.—Carried.
Resolution No, 2:—That the directors' suggested appropriation if the balance at credit of profit and loss recount be sanctioned and passed.
This is also proposed by myself and seconded by Mr. W. J. N. Dyer.—Carried.
